I have spent my career working in the Logistics industry, co-owning a business turning over \u00a37 million in 2021. For the last 25 years I have worked as the Director of Finance and IT whilst co-owning the business. I have overseen operational areas of the business and gained extensive experience in managing staff performance and development. My IT expertise has been used to create and develop IT systems that now run the operational side of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I want to help businesses benefit from my knowledge and expertise that would usually be provided by full time Directors without the high costs associated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have created 4PL consultancy which is based around my experience in resolving problems in 4 different business areas. My aim is to help support your business and allow it to meet your goals, whatever they may be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
